- Low seasonality
- Services or light manufacturing
Business
- Strong middle management
- Low ongoing capital expenditures
- Diverse and expanding customer base
- Utah-based or fully relocatable
Context
- Motivated seller
- Concentrated ownership
- Owner open to post-deal transition
